Setting User Permissions

The JIRA administrator can enable the read-only access for Design Studio users. Users with the read-only mode have limited access to Qualitia Design Studio artifacts and cannot add, edit, rename, clone, delete, or move acceptance criteria, activities, and steps.

To enable read-only mode:

1. Log on to JIRA using administrator privileges.
2. From the top menu items, click Qualitia > Configurations.
   A list of users having access to Design Studio appears in the Qualitia License Management section.
3. Select the Read-only check-box for the user whom you want to restrict access to Design Studio.
   A dialog appears asking confirmation about enabling read-only mode for the user.
4. Click OK.
