Assigning Roles to Users

You can update the roles of the users to provide or restrict access to Qualitia Design Studio artifacts. You can update these user roles from the projects section.

To update User roles:

  1. Sign in to Qualitia Design Studio as an administrator or project manager user.
  2. From the top menu items, click Projects.
  3. Click the project name from which you want to update user roles.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Click the edit icon ( ) next to the username and select role from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.

In case there is only one project manager in the project, role cannot be changed. As at least one project manager is required in a project.
