  1. License expired prior to renewal. In that case, reach out to your IT administration for further support.

  2. Network issues. Ensure your network connection is stable and try again.

 

Unable to Reach Qualitia Server
Error Message -Failed to establish a connection with Qualitia Server. Potential causes could be:

  1. Server Port is incorrect.

  2. Server URL is incorrect.

  3. Qualitia service is not running.

  4. Network connection unavailable
