Nothing herein should be construed as constituting an additional warranty. Qualitia Software Private Limited shall not be liable for technical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.

Intellectual Property Rights Notice

All intellection property rights in ‘Qualitia Object Spy’ (“Extension”) shall at all times be solely owned by Qualitia Software Private Limited (“Qualitia”). These rights include but are not limited to copyright, database rights, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) or other such similar rights wherever existing in the world (“Intellectual Property”). You agree that you will not use the Extension and the Intellectual Property for any purpose except to the extent permitted by the End User License Agreement between you and Qualitia. By downloading the Extension, you provide your express and irrevocable consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement between you and Qualitia. Specifically, among other things, you agree that by or while accessing or using the Extension you will not:

• bypass any measures that Qualitia may use to present or restrict access to the Extension, or otherwise attempt (by any means) to gain access to data or information that you are not entitled to access;

• copy, modify, create derivatives of, decompile, or reverse engineer the extension or do any act which may interfere with Qualitia’s proprietary and intellectual property rights;

• “frame” or “mirror” any part of the Extension, without our prior written authorization of Qualitia;

• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, license or sublicense the Extension or access to any portion of the Extension;

• use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, scrape, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Extension or its contents;

• transfer or sell your user access to any other party;

The above assurances and commitments by you shall survive termination of the End User License Agreement between you and Qualitia.
