Editing Acceptance Criterion

Once a acceptance criterion (also known as business rule) is created, you may want to edit the business rule details or add more activities in the project life cycle.

You can edit acceptance criteria from two different locations; Qualitia Design Studio and edit stories screen.

In order to prevent data loss, it is recommended that only one user at a time should work on one acceptance criterion.


 To edit acceptance criterion from the Edit story screen:
  1. Navigate to the story where your acceptance criterion is created.
    A list of acceptance criteria created previously is displayed below the description.

  2. Click the View button to edit the acceptance criterion details.

  3. Update the required fields and then click Save.

 To edit business rules using Qualitia Design Studio:
  1. From the top menu bar, click Qualitia.

  2. Select Project and Epic.
    The list of stories created under the selected Project and Epic appears.

  3. Expand the corresponding story from which the Acceptance Criterion is to be updated by clicking the Down icon.
    A list of acceptance criteria appears that are created previously.

  4. Click the edit button corresponding to the Acceptance Criterion that needs updates.

  5. Update the required fields and then click Save.
