Removing Users from Qualitia Design Studio

You can remove the user from the system, in case that user is no longer working on any of the Qualitia Design Studio projects. Removing users will release the Qualitia Design Studio license.

Also, removing users from Qualitia Design Studio will not remove the work done by that user in the respective project(s).

To remove user from Qualitia Design Studio:

  1. Sign in to Qualitia Design Studio as an administrator user.
  2. From the top menu items, click Users.
  3. Click the  next to the user whom you want to remove.
    A notification appears if removing user makes an impact on the active projects.
  4. Click Yes, Remove, if you are sure.

Any invited user deleted from Qualitia Design Studio will be permanently removed. This action cannot be reversed.

In case you want to on-board the same user again, the administrator can send the invitation as mentioned here.
