(8.3.X) Update Existing Expired License Keys

Qualitia employs a product key-based software licensing mechanism. The license keys used while activating the product have limited timelines and are expired after specific period. After expiration, these expired keys must be replaced with the new license keys. 

You can contact Qualitia Support in case you need new license keys.   

This document explains the complete procedure to update the license key post expiration. 

To update existing expired license keys:

1. Log on to the machine which is used as licensing server.
2. Navigate to Qualitia Customer Portal using any browser.
3. Enter your product key and click Login.
   You will be redirected to Sentinel EMS screen. 
4. Click Offline Activation.
   This opens the Generate License dialog.
5. Launch RUS_WZDWA.exe.
   You will get the RUS tool in the Support_Packages folder (Qualitia setup shared by Qualitia).
6. If you do not have it, download the RUS tool and launch it.
7. Select the Update Existing License option and click Collect information.
   
   
8. Go to Generate License section, and select this file into Upload C2V section. 
   
   
9. Click Generate.
10. Download the V2C file by clicking the Download V2C File link.
11. In the RUS Tool, click the Apply License File tab and select the .V2C file which you have downloaded earlier.
    
    
12. Click Apply Update.
    This completes offline activation.

You can now start using Qualitia as usual.
