Test Set Execution
Follow the steps mentioned below to execute Qualitia Execution Agent (QEA) along with Qualitia SpiraTest (QST).
- Define Automation Host for machines where QEA is expected to execute Test Cases.
- Create a Test Case in Qualitia.
- Create a Test Set in QST. Update the field Qualitia Project with respective Project Name.
- Select the Automation Host on which Test Set has to be executed.
- Select Status as Not Started.
- Select the Type as Automated, to execute the Test Set through QEA.
- Create a Test Case in QST and update the field Qualitia TC Name to link Qualitia Test Case.
- Select Automation Engine as Qualitia.
The Test Set can be scheduled to execute at a particular date/time. To schedule the Test Set execution, select the desired date using Calendar in the Planned Date field.
- Post execution, refer to the Test Set in QST, and go to Test Run tab.
- Check the latest Test Run for the Test Case Report.
- Go to Console Output section of the Test Case.
Copy the URL updated in the details section and open it in the browser to view report.
Qualitia-QST Status
Qualitia and QST statuses are not the same for any given scenario at all time. Below is a matrix that defines the relation between different statuses in Qualitia and QST.

QEA-QST Connection Status
The tool status in terms of connection between Qualitia Execution Agent (QEA) and Qualitia SpiraTest during the execution of Test Suites/Test Cases is reflected as under:
When QEA makes a successful connection with QST at polling cycle. | |
