Removing Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria (also known as Business rules) that are not required anymore can be removed from Qualitia Design Studio.

Acceptance Criteria can be removed from two different screens:

• Qualitia Design Studio
• View Story screen of JIRA

To remove Acceptance Criteria from Qualitia Design Studio:

1. Navigate to the story from where the Acceptance Criterion needs to be removed.
2. Expand the story in which the Acceptance Criterion exists.
3. Click the Remove button corresponding to the Acceptance Criterion that needs to be removed.

To remove Acceptance Criterion from JIRA:

1. Navigate to the story in JIRA from where the Acceptance Criterion needs to be removed.
   The list of existing Acceptance Criteria is displayed below the description.
2. Click the Remove button corresponding to the Acceptance Criterion that needs to be removed.

The Acceptance Criterion that are removed from the Qualitia Design Studio after the sync operation, appear in the red font in the Automation Studio for easy identification post subsequent sync.
