Activity Change Management
Qualitia users can reuse the existing set of activities while creating new acceptance criteria (also known as business rule) across the stories and epics.
To reuse Activity:
- Create a new acceptance criterion or edit the existing acceptance criterion.
- Click the Add Activity icon to add new activity.
- Start typing the activity name that needs to be reused here and select from the list.
- Once you select any existing activity, all the existing steps of that activity are also added.
You can edit activity details from this screen. - Once you have completed editing, click Save.
As the current activity is used in other acceptance criteria, the Activity Change Management screen appears.
- To view all places where the same activity is used, click Review.
- To create an altogether new activity with new changes, click Create New.
- To incorporate the revised activity into all other acceptance criteria where this activity is used, click Proceed.
- To cancel this operation, click Cancel.
On selecting Create New option, activity will be saved with "Clone -" suffix for easy identification.
