Activity Change Management

Qualitia users can reuse the existing set of activities while creating new acceptance criteria (also known as business rule) across the stories and epics.

To reuse Activity:

  1. Create a new acceptance criterion or edit the existing acceptance criterion.
  2. Click the Add Activity icon to add new activity.
  3. Start typing the activity name that needs to be reused here and select from the list.
  4. Once you select any existing activity, all the existing steps of that activity are also added.
    You can edit activity details from this screen.
  5. Once you have completed editing, click Save.
    As the current activity is used in other acceptance criteria, the Activity Change Management screen appears.

     
     
    1. To view all places where the same activity is used, click Review.
    2. To create an altogether new activity with new changes, click Create New
    3. To incorporate the revised activity into all other acceptance criteria where this activity is used, click Proceed.
    4. To cancel this operation, click Cancel.
      On selecting Create New option, activity will be saved with "Clone -" suffix for easy identification.
