At times, you may require editing the roles. You can edit the name of a role, its description, or the assigned privileges as per project requirements.

In Qualitia, using the Roles screen, you can edit the name of a role, its description, or assigned privileges.

To edit a Role:

  1. On the Admin menu, click Role.
    The Roles screen appears with a list of available roles in a tabulated format.
  2. Select the required role from the list of Roles.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Update the name of the role in the Role box, if required.
  5. Update Description, if required.
  6. Update Privileges, if required.
  7. Click OK.

The selected role is saved with the updated values.
