At times, a user forgets the password required for logging onto Qualitia. In such cases, the Administrator can reset the password of the user.
In Qualitia, the Administrator can reset the password of a user by using the Admin screen.
To reset the password of a user:
- Click the Admin menu.
The Admin screen is displayed.
- Select the required user from Users table.
- Click Reset Password.
The password of the user is reset to the default password.
