Licensing Service:
This service empowers Qualitia for the secure way to access their test artifacts. It uses port 1947 to connect Qualitia Server and Qualitia Clients. In order to access Qualitia test artifacts, it is mandatory to keep this server up and running and connected to the network all the time. You can install this component on the same machine where Qualitia server is installed or you can use a separate machine/system to install it.
Database Server:
Qualitia users SQL database servers to store its test artifacts and test-related data. Qualitia supports MS SQL and MySQL to store the data. You can use any of these two to work with Qualitia. As shown in the diagram, Qualitia uses port 1433 to connect to the MSSQL database and port 3306 to connect to the MySQL database. This database can be installed on the same machine/system where Qualitia Server is installed or you can use a different machine/system to install these databases. You can install en-number of Qualitia clients on different machines and make them point to these database servers which are installed centrally in the network. It is important to make these servers accessible to the machines where Qualitia clients are installed.
Remote Agents
- HP ALM:
Qualitia seamlessly integrates with Application Lifecycle Management from HP. This integration allows managing automated test cases prepared by Qualitia inside ALM. The Qualitia remote agent helps to connect Qualitia and HP ALM project and link Qualitia test cases to the manual test cases from ALM.

- TFS/Azure DevOps
Visual Studio from Microsoft helps product teams with tools and technologies in all the stages of application development. Qualitia's integration to TFS/Azure DevOps lets organizations leverage their existing investments as part of an integrated platform for automation testing development and allows managing automated test cases prepared by Qualitia inside TFS/Azure DevOps. Qualitia replaces manual testing procedures in the application development processes by tightly integrating to TFS and Azure DevOps. This makes the application development process flawless and simple.
