Acceptance Criteria (also known as Business rules) that are not required anymore can be removed from Qualitia Design Studio.

Business rules can Acceptance Criteria can be removed from two different screens:

  • Qualitia Design Studio
  • View Story screen of JIRA

To remove Business Rule remove Acceptance Criteria from Qualitia Design Studio:

  1. Navigate to the story from where the Business Rule the Acceptance Criterion needs to be removed.
  2. Expand the story in which the business rule the Acceptance Criterion exists.
  3. Click the Remove button corresponding to the Business Rule the Acceptance Criterion that needs to be removed.

To remove Business Rule remove Acceptance Criterion from JIRA:

  1. Navigate to the story in JIRA from where the Business Rule the Acceptance Criterion needs to be removed.
    The list of existing business rules existing Acceptance Criteria is displayed below the description.
  2. Click the Remove button corresponding to the Business Rule the Acceptance Criterion that needs to be removed.

The business rules The Acceptance Criterion that are removed from the Qualitia Design Studio after the sync operation, will be displayed appear in the red font in the Automation Studio for easy identification post subsequent sync.
