Editing a User

You can edit the details of users and also change their roles. Also, you can assign a user as a reviewer required to review the acceptance criteria of user stories for multiple epics.

When you assign a user as a reviewer for epics, Qualitia Design Studio sends a notification email to the user stating that the user is selected as a reviewer for the epics. 

To edit a user:

1. Click the Users menu.
2. Under the Actions column, click the Edit button
3. You can edit any or all the following details;
   1. Name
   2. Email ID
   3. Role
4. Perform the following steps only if you want to enable the user as a reviewer.
   Do the following in the order listed.
   1. Under the Epics for Review column, click All.
   2. Select the associated epics.
   3. Click Done.
