In Qualitia, Objects are the controls of the application under test. Objects are displayed with their attributes like object name and class. To describe a test object, you must provide a set of property names and their values. The test object description helps to identify the objects in Application under Test (AUT) while executing test cases.

In Qualitia Design Studio, you can add objects along with their information and use these objects while developing test cases and tasks for the validation of the requirements. These objects are then synchronized to the automation studio with the test cases they are attached to it. Automation tester can modify these objects based on the test case requirements.

In Qualitia Design Studio, you can perform object-related functions from multiple screens:

  • You can add new objects while developing test cases,
  • You can add new objects while developing tasks, and
  • You can add new or modify existing objects from Assets > Objects section.
