After importing from Qualitia, you can use these test cases same way you use other test cases in HPE ALM.

When exporting test cases to HPE ALM, Qualitia creates new folder (with Suite name) in Test Lab and adds these test cases under this newly created folder. 

*Qualitia adds new folder along with time stamp in its name for every subsequent export of suite.
