The application under test may undergo changes during its life cycle. The object details or the object properties may change if developers modify the code or add new functions to the application under test. In such cases, you may require to edit object details. You may want to change the name of the object, class of the object, description of the object, or parent of the object. 

To edit object properties:

1. Click Objects Tree > select the object from the list on right pane of Objects tab.
2. Click Edit.
   Edit the required fields. You can also add or remove object properties by clicking the Add or Remove buttons respectively.
3. Click OK.

The object is saved with the revised fields or properties.
