(8.4.X) Reset User Password
The Users screen in Qualitia allows users to reset the password. The Administrator user can reset the password for other users of Qualitia.Â
To reset the password of a user:
- From the Expand Menu, click Users Management.
Select the required user from Users table. - Click Reset Password.
The password of the user is reset to the default password.
The selected user can now log into Qualitia using the default password. In case you do not know the default password, please contact Qualitia Administrator.Â
It is recommended that Qualitia Admin should not share the default password with other users. Instead, the admin can log in to the user account with the default password and change the password to something else. This new password can be shared with the user.

 Qualitia Administrator is allowed to reset the password of Qualitia users only. If you are using active directory or LDAP users, please get in touch with your domain administrator.
