Requirements may change during the development life cycle. Qualitia users can update stories as per requirements.

To edit story details:

  1. From the top menu bar, click Qualitia.

  2. Select the required Issue types using the drop-down list such as (Epic and / or Module). 
  3. Click Go.
    All the stories for the selected Project, Epic, and other Issue types appear below.
  4. Click the story that needs to be updated from the list.

  5. Update details as per the requirements, and then click Save.

Notes:

  • Fields appearing on this screen are based on configuration. In case you want to add or remove fields from this screen, use Configure Fields option at the top right corner.
  • If you do not find the Qualitia Automation check box option on the Configure Fields screen, configure your JIRA project to work with Qualitia Automation  Studio.
  • Updated Activities and steps appear in Automation Studio when user syncs next time from Qualitia Automation Studio.
  • Stories, Business Rules, and Activities that are removed from the Qualitia Design Studio appear in red font for easy identification in the Qualitia Automation Studio post subsequent sync.
