At times, a user forgets the password required for logging onto Qualitia. In such cases, the Administrator can reset the password of the user.

In Qualitia, the Administrator can reset the password for other users from the Admin screen.

To reset the password of a user:

  1. Click the Admin menu.
    The Admin screen is displayed.
  2. Select the required user from Users table whose password you want to reset.
  3. Click Reset Password.

The password of the user is reset to the default password.
(info) Qualitia Administrator is allowed to reset the password of Qualitia users only. If you are using active directory or LDAP users, please get in touch with your domain administrator.
