The users screen in Qualitia allows users to reset the password. The Administrator user can reset the password for other users of Qualitia.
To reset the password of a user:
- Click the Admin menu.
The Admin screen appears. - Select the required user from Users table.
- Click Reset Password.
The password of the user is reset to the default password.
The selected user can now log into Qualitia using the default password. In case you do not know the default password, please contact Qualitia Administrator.
