🔑Prerequisites:

You must have administrative access to Qualitia Automation Studio, which grants you the necessary permissions to manage projects.

User Management in Projects

👥 Add Users to a Project

  1. Login to Qualitia Automation Studio Client <insert Screenshot>

  2. Access Projects from left navigation of your Qualitia Automation Studio -Client to view Project Explorer screen.

  3. On the Explorer section, you can view existing Projects. <Include Screenshot>

  4. Click on the specific Project to which you want to add a user. This will open the Project Details Section.

  5. Under the Assigned Users section, click Add User.

  6. From the Add Users text box, type the User you wanted to add.

  7. From the listed Users select a User.

  8. Select the Role you wanted to assign to the User.

  9. Click Add button to add the user.

 

Note: By default, the Administrators will be added to the project, and you cannot delete an Administrator ever the checkbox will be disabled.

  1. Login to Qualitia Automation Studio Client <insert Screenshot>

  2. Access Projects from left navigation of your Qualitia Automation Studio -Client to view Project Explorer screen.

  3. On the Explorer section, you can view existing Projects. <Include Screenshot>

  4. Click on the specific Project to which you want to add a user. This will open the Project Details Section.

  5. Under the Assigned Users section, change the role of a user by selecting the appropriate role from the Role dropdown.

🍬 Goodies: Recognizing that a single user might take on various roles across different projects, we've made it possible for you to assign different privileges to each project. That's the beauty of flexibility and scalability!

🎈Unlimited Possibilities: In Qualitia Automation Studio, there's no cap on the number of users you can add to a project. This means you can bring in as many team members as needed to ensure a successful testing process!

 

👥 Remove Users from a Project

  1. Login to Qualitia Automation Studio Client <insert Screenshot>

  2. Access Projects from left navigation of your Qualitia Automation Studio -Client to view Project Explorer screen.

  3. On the Explorer section, you can view existing Projects. <Include Screenshot>

  4. Click on the specific Project from which you want to delete a user. This will open the Project Details Section.

  5. Under the Assigned Users section, click Delete Selected Users.

    1. You can select one or more users checkboxes.

    2. Only selected users are deleted. Not checking the text box.

  6. Deleting users will open Alert – Delete User window.

  7. Click Delete to proceed; otherwise, click Discard.

  8. The User will be deleted in the project in context in Qualitia Automation Studio.
