After creating the offline suite, for its every test case, the associated test data with the same name are created as separate excel files. You can have another set of test data, enable or disable TC or task iterations.

Points to Know

  • Enter as $NULL$ in the associated cell where you do not want to add a value for a parameter in a TC or task iteration.

  • If you do not want a task iteration, delete the respective row.

To edit test data:

  1. Open the offline suite folder.

  2. Open the test data for the test case you want to change.

  3. In the excel sheet, the following values are displayed in the second row.

    1. TC Iteration: Shows the number for every TC Iteration. There must be at least one TC Iteration for executing the test case.

    2. Selection: Shows as True or False for the enabled or disabled iterations. You can modify the values.

    3. DataSetTag: Optionally, enter a label for identifying the dataset in the test case execution report. You can modify the values.

  4. From the third row, edit the values in their formats. The first row displays the different tasks highlighted in the grey color. Each task covers its parameters in the second row.
