The Sync Test Case feature performs a sync operation on the test cases whose tasks have been edited. Whenever a task is edited from Develop > Tasks module or through other test cases using the same task, you will be required to open all the associated test cases to sync the task changes each time. This needs to be done for each associated test cases at least once.
To sync the test case:
- Navigate to a task from Develop > Tasks module and edit the task or
- Open a test case which has a task used in multiple test cases.
- Make some changes to the task and save.
- Navigate to the Develop > Test Cases module.
- Open test case using the task (associated test case).
The test case is synced with the task changes and a sync message box is displayed.
