  1. On the Develop tab, click Test Cases.
  2. Select Scenario.
    All the test cases under selected scenario appear on the right pane.
  3. Select the required test case from the list or create a new test case.
  4. To link Qualitia test case to TFS/Azure DevOps test, click Search TFS TC.
    The Search window appears.

  5. Select Test Plan from TFS to which you want to link this test case.
  6. Select Test Suite from the TFS under which the desired test exists.
  7. Click Get Test Cases.
    All the tests present under the selected Test Plan and Suite will appear in the box.
  8. Double-click the test from the list which you want to link to this Qualitia Test case.  
    The selected test case name then appears on the Test Case Details screen.
    (info) One TFS/Azure DevOps test case can be linked to one Qualitia test case only. Once any manual test case is linked to Qualitia test case, it will not appear in the search results again.

  9. Click End Search to close the TFS Search section.
    Selected TFS/Azure DevOps test name now appears here.
  10. Click OK.
    Qualitia test case is now linked to the TFS/Azure DevOps test case. You can now trigger execution of this test case as a build or release cycle from the TFS/Azure DevOps.

    After you link Qualitia test case to TFS/Azure DevOps test, the test case status is updated to Automated in TFS for easy identification.


  11. To view status of the test case in TFS/Azure DevOps:

    1. In TFS/Azure DevOps, select the test suite. 
    2. In the Automation Status column, status will be updated to Automated.

    3. Open this test case and in the steps section, you will find the status as Automated.
      This means this test case is successfully linked to Qualitia automated test case.
