Only administrators can edit the project details that includes include marking a project as Active or Inactive.

You cannot edit the name of a project, but edit its description.

You can activate or deactivate the project.

To edit a project:

  1. On the Admin menu, click Project.
  2. Select the project that you want to edit.
    The Edit screen is displayed.
  3. Edit the Description as required.
  4. If necessary, select or clear the Active checkbox to change the project status.
  5. Perform this step only if you are editing adding a desktop project and you want to map it with a tsr file or replace the existing tsr file with another .
    Click
    the the Browse (...) button next to the Global TSR Path field, and then locate and select the tsr file. 
    Unless you map a desktop project with a tsr file, you cannot use OR objects in the project. For more information on
    mapping a tsr file with a project OR objects, refer to Working  Working with OR Objects. 
  6. Click OK to save the changes you made to the project.
