  1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5: This should be preinstalled on Win 8 systems.6.2.

  4. Version Control Client (Optional): SVN Tortoise SVN 1.7, 1.8, or 1.9, or any other version control software.

  5. Always download latest versions for all the below software to support the latest browser versions
    GeckoDriver: Gecko driver is needed to execute tests on FF48 and above along with Selenium 3.
    Please click here to download GeckoDriver. GeckoDriver supports for win64 and Win32. Refer to the change log for Gecko Driver updates.
  6. IE Driver: Click here and click "32 bit Windows IE" link under "The Internet Explorer Driver Server" to download the latest version. 
    Also read IEDriver change log for IE versions supported.
    Note: The 32-bit IE driver is also recommended for 64 bit OS. 64 bit IE driver is known to have some issues.
  7. Chrome Driver: Visit here and click the "Latest_Release" link to know the "latest version number". 
    Now go to the latest version folder and download "chromedriver_win32.zip".
    Also click the "notes.txt" link to view the detailed change log for Chrome Browser and driver version compatibility.
  8. Auto IT: Go to Auto IT and click "Download AutoIT" to download the latest version. 
    This is required for some of the non-Selenium based operations like Windows Authentication, file download, and so on.

Android
On your Windows computer:
On your Android device:
  • Install Google Chrome Browser
  • Update the Android System WebView application on your Android physical device using Play Store (for Android 5.0 and above)
In case your Android application is hybrid, ensure that it is debuggable.
  • To test application on physical device or emulator .apk file is required.
iOS
On your Mac:
All iOS applications are required to be developer-signed in order to be automated using Qualitia on physical devices.
  • To test application on the physical device, .ipa file is required.
  • To test application on simulator device, .app file is required.

Qualitia License Server

A Qualitia license server is required as part of the Qualitia License installation. License manager uses concurrent licensing policy.

A license server should be a Windows system on the network which should be up at all times.

You can use the same server that is used for installing Qualitia Automation Server (if it is Windows machine).
