At times, a user forgets the password required for logging onto Qualitia. In such cases, the Administrator can The Users screen in Qualitia allows users to reset the password of the user.In Qualitia, the Administrator . The Administrator user can reset the password for other users from the Admin screen.of Qualitia. 

To reset the password of a user:

1. Click the Admin menu.
   The Admin screen is displayedappears.
2. Select the required user from Users table whose password you want to reset.
3. Click Reset Password.
   The password of the user is reset to the default password.

The selected user can now log into Qualitia using the default password.
In case you do not know the default password, please contact Qualitia Administrator. 

 Qualitia Administrator is allowed to reset the password of Qualitia users only. If you are using active directory or LDAP users, please get in touch with your domain administrator.
