You can edit the details of users and also change their roles. Also, you can assign a user as a reviewer required to review the acceptance criteria of user stories for multiple epics.

When you assign a user as a reviewer for epics, Qualitia Design Studio sends a notification email to the user stating that the user is selected as a reviewer for the epics. 

To edit a user:grant review privileges:

1. Select a project.
2. Click the Users menu.
3. Click the Team Members tab.
4. Under the Actions Reviewer column, click the Edit button
5. You can edit any or all the following details;
   1. Name
   2. Email ID
   3. Role
6. Perform the following steps only if you want to enable the user switch to Yes for the user who you want to assign as a reviewer.Do the following in the order listed.
7. Under the Epics for Review column, click the link.
   Note: The number denotes the number of epics assigned to the user.
   All denotes all the epics are assigned to the user and None denotes that no epic is assigned to the user. 
8. Select the associated epics.
9. Click Done.
