Qualitia Mobile Object Spy contains multiple components. You can install the components mentioned below on the same machine or different machines as per the requirements.
After installing Qualitia Mobile Server and Mobile Agent, you can start using Qualitia Mobile Recorder and Mobile Object Spy.

Before you start installing Mobile Agent or Mobile Server, you must first configure the Macintosh or Windows machine to work with real devices, emulators, or simulators. 

On  the Macintosh machine, you must have

• XCode
• Appium Dependencies
• Java 8 (64-bit)- Oracle Java 8 : 1.8.0_261/ Open JDK / Azul Java: 8.48.0.53

On your the Windows machine, you must have

• Android Studio (for emulators only)
• Intel® HAXM (for emulators only)
• Java 8 (64-bit)- Oracle Java 8 : 1.8.0_261/ Open JDK / Azul Java: 8.48.0.53
• Set system environment variables

...

1. Navigate to the folder where you have downloaded the Qualitia Components Installers.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To install on a Windows machine,
     1. Navigate to the following location:
        Mobile\Windows\Server
     2. Copy the QualitiaWDMobileServer file to .exe to any temporary location of the Windows machine.
   • To install on a Macintosh machine
     1. Navigate to the following location:
        Mobile\Mac\Server
     2. Copy the Qualitia MobileObjectSpyServer file to QualitiaMobileObjectSpyServer.pkg to any temporary location of the Macintosh machine
3. Double-click the file (QualitiaWDMobileServer.exe or QualitiaMobileObjectSpyServer.pkg) to install.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the installation procedure.
5. To confirm the installation, do one of the following:
   1. Go to services console and check whether the Qualitia.Mobile.Service is running (for Windows only).
   2. You can try accessing Mobile Server using Server URL in any browser.
      Server URL is a combination of hostname/IP of the machine where the Qualitia Mobile Object Spy server is installed along with the port 4001.
      Sample URL may look like: http://192.168.25.77:4001 or http://localhost:4001.

   • To install a mobile agent on a Windows machine
     1. Navigate to the following location:
        Mobile\Windows\Agent
     2. Copy the QualitiaWDMobileAgent.exe file to to any temporary location on the Windows machine.
   • To install a mobile agent on a Macintosh machine
     1. Navigate to the following location:
        Mobile\Mac\Agent
     2. Copy the Qualitia MobileObjectSpy Agent file to QualitiaMobileObjectSpyAgent.pkg to any temporary location on the Macintosh machine.
3. Double-click the file (QualitiaWDMobileAgentor Qualitia MobileObjectSpy Agent.exe or QualitiaMobileObjectSpyAgent.pkg) to install.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the installation procedure. 

5. Do one of the following:
   1. To confirm the installation on the Windows machine, from the desktop, double-click the Mobile Agent icon (), and then open the notification area to check whether it contains the Mobile Agent icon ( ). 

   2. To confirm the installation on the Macintosh machine, open the top menu bar (notification area) to check whether it contains the Mobile Agent icon ().

      You must enable the camera access on the Macintosh machine where the agent is installed.
