In Qualitia, by using the Roles screen, you can create roles with appropriate privileges.

To create a Role:

  1. On From the Admin menu Expand Menu, click Role User Management.The Roles screen is displayed with a list of available roles in a tabular format.Click New.

  2. Click the Roles tab.
  3. In the left pane, click the Add Role button (Image Added).
  4. Enter the name of a role in the Role box.
  5. Enter Description.
  6. Select the required privilegesUnder Assigned Privileges, select the checkboxes of the privileges that you want to map with the role .
  7. Click OK Save.
    The new role is created and listed in the Roles table of Roles screen.
