You should change your password frequently to ensure security of your account. For the users present in the Active Directory, the Change Password menu is inactive. If you cannot see the Change Password menu, contact your AdministratorThe Users screen in Qualitia allows users to reset the password. The Administrator user can reset the password for other users of Qualitia

To change reset the password of a user:

  1. On Click the File menu, click Change Password.
    The Change Password screen is displayed.
  2. Enter Current Password.
  3. Enter New Password.
  4. Enter new password in the Confirm Password field to confirm.
  5. Click OK.

    The Admin screen appears.
  2. Select the required user from Users table.
  3. Click Reset Password.
    The password of the user is reset to the default password.

The selected user can now log into Qualitia using the default password. In case you do not know the default password, please contact Qualitia Administrator. 

It is recommended that Qualitia Admin should not share the default password with other users. Instead, the admin can log in to the user account with the default password and change the password to something else. This new password can be shared with the user.

The selected user can now log into Qualitia using the new password. In case Qualitia admin does not know the default password, please contact Qualitia Support.

(info) Qualitia Administrator is allowed to reset the password of Qualitia users only. If you are using active directory or LDAP users, please get in touch with your domain administrator.
