Sometimes you may need to edit a test case. You may need to can change the name of a test case, manual test case ID, and description . You may also have to specify or you can also change the order of execution of tasks or remove a task from a test case.  To

To edit a test case:

  1. Click Click Develop > Test Cases.

  1.  screen is displayed.
  2. On the left pane, select a scenario under which the required test case is listed.
    All the available test cases are displayed in right pane of the screen.

  1. Select the required Test Case from the right pane.
  2. Click Click Edit.

  1.  screen is displayed.
  2. Edit the required fields displayed on the screen which includes includes Scenario, Test Case Name, Manual TC ID, and and Description.
  3. Click Click OK.
  4. Click Click Add Task, Import Task, or or Detach Task to  to add a new task, reuse an existing task, or detach the task from the test case.
  5. Select the task in a test case, click click Up/Down to  to change the order of execution of tasks.
  6. Select a step in a task, click click Up/Down to  to change the order of step within a task.
  7. Click Click Save.
    The test case is saved with updated values.

  1.  on the right pane to quickly execute a test case to verify that the test case meets the desired test requirement. 
    The test execution report gets populated to analyze the test results.
