  1. Create a new business rule or edit the existing business rule.
  2. Click the Add Activity icon to add new activity.
  3. Start typing the activity name that needs to be reused here and select from the list.
  4. Once you select any existing activity, all the existing steps of that activity are also added.
    You can edit activity details from this screen.
  5. Once you have completed editing, click Save.
    As the current activity is used in other business rules, the Activity Change Management screen is displayedappears.

     
     
    1. To view all places where the same activity is used, click Review.
    2. To create an altogether new activity with new changes, click Create New
    3. To incorporate the revised activity into all other business rules where this activity is used, click Proceed.
    4. To cancel this operation, click Cancel.
