You may want to migrate JIRA to another server. You can take backup of JIRA and restore it on another server in case of data loss.
JIRA stores the backup in a portable XML format.
Prerequisites for Backup and Restore
- When restoring data from XML backup file, ensure that Qualitia Design Studio is installed on the server where backup is to be restored.
- You should be logged into JIRA as an administrator user when performing these operations.
