Click Import Objects to open the Import Salesforce Objects window.
You will see two options StandardButtons and the connection fields.
Import the Standard Buttons if not done before.
Importing standard buttons is a one-time process. Once you have imported the standard buttons, it can be used for all the connections.Expand the connection by clicking on the arrow to view all the objects and fields available for the connection.
Select the objects you want to import and click Import.

The mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk.
Use filter next to the Search option to select All, Mandatory, or Non-Mandatory fields available for the object.
All: All the fields including mandatory as well as non-mandatory will be imported.
Mandatory: Only the mandatory fields will be imported.
Non-Mandatory: Only non-mandatory fields will be imported.
Once you have selected the objects/fields you want to import and click Import.

You can import multiple objects and fields at a time. Select all the objects along with its fields and click Import.
