Procedural steps

👁️‍🗨️ View User Details 

  1. Login to QAS - Client.

  2. Access User Management from left navigation of your Qualitia Automation Studio Client

  3. Clicking User Management will take you to the User & Role Management page

  4. From the Users section you can manage users

  5.  You will see the list of all the Users added to Qualitia Automation Studio

👁️‍🗨️ View User Details 

  1. to view existing users.

  2. Click a User to view the User details.

  3. The details include personal and status information like

    1. User ID

    2. Email

    3. Status

    4. Admin Role: If checkbox is selected then the user is an Administrator else not an Administrator

    5. Project Details

    6. Projects assigned to the user. Refer to the guide on adding a User to Projects

    7. Role in each project

To reset the password, contact Admin as only admin will have access to reset the password.

🔄 Change Password

  1.  Click a User to view the User details.

  2. In the User details section, click Change Password

  3. This will open Alert – Change Password window.

    1. Enterthe Old Password and the New Password to change the password for the selected User.

    2. Cancel if you have accidentally clicked.

🗑️Delete User

 Method 1:<include screenshot>

  1.  Navigate to the Users section in your QAS.

  2. Hover your mouse over a User in Users section, Delete option will appear.

  3. Click Delete (bin)

  4. This will open Alert – Delete User window. Click

    1. Delete to permanently delete the selected User

    2. Cancel if you have accidentally clicked.

  5. The user will be deleted in Qualitia Automation Studio.
