Procedural steps
👁️🗨️ View User Details
Login to QAS - Client.
Access User Management from left navigation of your Qualitia Automation Studio Client
Clicking User Management will take you to the User & Role Management page
From the Users section you can manage users
You will see the list of all the Users added to Qualitia Automation Studio

to view existing users.
Click a User to view the User details.
The details include personal and status information like
User ID
Email
Status
Admin Role: If checkbox is selected then the user is an Administrator else not an Administrator
Project Details
Projects assigned to the user. Refer to the guide on adding a User to Projects
Role in each project

To reset the password, contact Admin as only admin will have access to reset the password.
🔄 Change Password

Click a User to view the User details.
In the User details section, click Change Password
This will open Alert – Change Password window.
Enterthe Old Password and the New Password to change the password for the selected User.
Cancel if you have accidentally clicked.
🗑️Delete User
Method 1:<include screenshot>
Navigate to the Users section in your QAS.
Hover your mouse over a User in Users section, Delete option will appear.
Click Delete (bin)
This will open Alert – Delete User window. Click
Delete to permanently delete the selected User
Cancel if you have accidentally clicked.
The user will be deleted in Qualitia Automation Studio.
