  1. If you are unable to activate a license, check if the license key is correct and if the server has internet access (for online activation).

The other reason why this error message could come could be due to the fact that there is no seat available in the license server i.e you have purchased 20 client seats and all the 20 are currently active resulting in this error message. Additionally, check if the IP address and Port are correct and reachable.

  8. When user is unable to login, check:

    1. If Qualitia Server is reachable.

    2. If Qualitia License Server is reachable.

    3. User has input the correct credentials.

    4. You have the limit and validity.
