Upgrading from a previous Qualitia Automation Studio for Web and Mobile 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x version to Qualitia Automation Studio v8.3.x needs upgrading of QAS Server and QAS client. After upgrading these two QAS components, all the projects created in the previous versions must also be migrated to make old test cases and tasks compatible with the current Qualitia QAS version. Qualitia would QAS client does not allow opening the projects unless they are migrated successfully.
