- Host name and port name is correct.
- IP address is accessible in the network.
- Port (usually Dafault 8889) does not have any restrictions that which is causing connection failure.
- DNS and host name mapping is configured.
- License is not expired.
- System Path Environment Variable exists to dll libraries.
To set the system path environment variables:
- Log on to the machine where Qualitia Server is installed.
- Ensure you have privileges to change/update environment variables.
- Edit environment variables.
- Under the System Varialbles section, edit Path.
- Add the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Qualitia\WD\Server\lib
- Click OK.
- Restart Qualitia Server Service from the Services console.
