You can edit the details of users and also change their roles. Also, you can assign a user as a reviewer required to review the acceptance criteria of user stories for multiple epics.

When you assign a user as a reviewer for epics, Qualitia Design Studio sends a notification email to the user stating that the user is selected added as a reviewer for the epics. 

To edit a user:

1. Select a project.
2. Click the Users menu.
3. Under the Actions column, click the Edit button
4. You can edit any or all the following details;
   1. Name
   2. Email ID
   3. Role
5. Perform the following steps only if you want to assign the user as a reviewer for epics.Click the 
   Do the following in the order listed.
   1. Under the Review Reviewer column, switch to Yes for the user who you want to assign as a reviewer.
   2. Under the Epic Epics for Review column, select click the number of epicslink.
      Note: The number denotes the number of epics assigned to the user. If it shows as All, then all the epics are assigned user is assigned to all the epics., and None means 
   3. Select the epics.
   4. Click Done.
