To launch the Project Migration Utility:
Open the Qualitia Installable.
Under the QualitiaProjectMigrationUtility folder, unzip the QualitiaProjectMigrationUtility.exe through 7-Zip file archiver only.
Execute the QualitiaProjectMigrationUtility.exe
