At times, a user forgets the password required for logging onto on to Qualitia. In such cases, the Administrator can reset the password of the user.
In In Qualitia, the Administrator can reset the password of a user by using the Admin screen.
To reset the password of a user:
- Click the Admin menu.
The Admin screen is displayed. - Select the required user from Users table.
- Click Reset Password.
The password of the user is reset to the default password.
